01

Information you submit

The Free Consultation form collects a selected trust topic, first and last name, email address, optional phone number, message, and affirmative sharing consent. The Nevada Trust Research Assessment runs in your browser and does not transmit or store its answers.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account numbers, medical records, identification documents, passwords, tax returns, or other highly sensitive information through the form.

02

Technical and security data

Hosting and security providers may process an IP address, user agent, request timestamp, referring page, requested URL, and security-verification data to deliver the site, prevent automated abuse, and diagnose failures. The site temporarily keeps the initial landing path, external referrer, and standard UTM campaign values in browser session storage. If you submit the consultation form, those limited referral values can be included with the request to understand how the consultation page was found. They are not sent by merely reading the site.

03

How information is used

Submitted information is used to process and respond to Free Consultation requests, identify an independent attorney who may evaluate the request, understand which research or referral source led to a submitted request, prevent abuse, maintain security, comply with law, and investigate delivery or technical problems.

The site does not currently operate a newsletter or advertising-analytics program. If those practices change, this policy will be updated before the new use begins where required.

04

Sharing and compensation

When you affirmatively consent, Nevada Trust & Estate Authority may share your Free Consultation request with one or more independent attorneys or law firms so they may evaluate and contact you. Nevada Trust & Estate Authority may receive compensation.

Hosting, security-verification, and email-delivery providers process limited data on behalf of the site. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, security obligations, or the protection of rights and systems.

05

Retention and security

Consultation messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, administration, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Email systems and participating firms may have separate retention practices.

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission, email delivery, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Limiting the information submitted through the initial form is an important protection.

06

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Applicable rights, identity-verification requirements, and legal exceptions depend on location and the nature of the request.

All public research content can be used without submitting the Free Consultation form. Browser controls may also limit local history, cached data, or security-service cookies where applicable.

07

Other services

An attorney or law firm that contacts you is independent and will provide its own engagement and privacy terms. Government sources and other third-party websites linked from research guides operate under their own policies and security practices.
